At White Nightie Ltd, we know that our refunds & returns policy is important to our customers. We do everything we can to make your shopping experience with us as satisfying as possible, and that includes refunds & returns. Below you will find our policies in this respect. Consumer Rights:

You may cancel a contract at any time within 14 working days, beginning on the day after you received the Products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with our refunds policy. To cancel a contract, you must return the item to us in the same condition in which you received it, and at your own cost and risk.

Purchasing Gifts:

If you are buying nightwear as a gift, we understand that it might take longer for the recipient to decide if they need to return the item. Therefore, we are happy to offer an extension to our standard 14-day return policy. Please contact us to arrange an extended return period beyond the usual 14 working days.

Refunds Policy:

Reasons for returning an item to White Nightie Ltd for refund may include:

a) You have cancelled the contract, as above.
b) The item is faulty.

On receipt, we will examine the returned item and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period. We will endeavour to refund any money received from you for the item using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Actions for refunds will be made as soon as possible, usually within five days and in any case, within 30 days following return of the item. We do not refund the costs of returning an item unless the item is faulty. The items remain your responsibility until they are safely received by us. If the items suffer any damage on return, then we reserve the right to withhold all or part of the refund.

Returns Policy:

Returning an item for exchange or refund if you are not satisfied,  must be made within 14 days, from receipt of you receiving the item.  To claim a refund (in accordance with our Refunds Policy), you must have cancelled the contract in accordance with the terms outlined in Consumer Rights above. In all circumstances, the item must be returned in their original condition. Any products returned because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the original shipment charge, but only up to the value of £10, unless otherwise agreed by White Nightie Ltd.

Items that are returned outside of the UK, can be returned. However, any taxes or extras costs are payable by the sender.

Warranty

CLOTHING:
White Nightie generally grants a class-leading absolute maximum of 100 days warranty on clothing in regard to material or production defects from date of purchase.

Generally warranty of clothing is only granted with errors due to fabrication. Warranty request are only accepted after consultation. Normal wear-and-tear and uncommon use of textiles is not eligible for return. Please examine clothing before washing for proper fit and any damages.
